Dear Mr. Winslow Vista,

Hi! It’s Letter Day, so I thought it would be nice to send you a letter instead of calling you. I was actually going to call you, but then I learned about Letter Day so I thought we could correspond by letter for a little bit! What do you think? Well, I suppose I’ll find out when you write me back! If you write me back. If you want to. You can also call, I don’t mind. If you want.

Anyways, I had something important to tell you, and I forgot when we met at the planetarium, and I couldn’t the next time I saw you, since I was four years old (which sounds so very odd out of context, doesn’t it?).

I wanted to apologize! For the time Hempy threw a hammer at your head, and the time Mr.Wookums shocked you, and Sweetiepie says he’s sorry for growling at you and sitting on the boards when you needed them. You’re so so so so so so so so so so so so so so nice, Winslow, and I know that nice people don’t always get all the thank yous and recognition they deserve, and also you’re really nice because you had all these things happen to you and we’re still friends.

Which brings me to the next thing I wanted to tell you. You and her are very modest about it but I know that two people who hold hands in public consider each other to be something more than friends. I think you’re blushing around now, Winslow! But please read the rest!

Beryllium Clark is a really special person. I’m sure you know that! But even though she tries to hide it, I can tell she’s worried about something. I am not sure if she’ll tell me. I do think that she’ll tell you. Please take care of her, Winslow. She needs someone to listen.

Also, I bought a pack of Ducklett stationary just so I can write a letter to you on one! Isn’t it cute? I want to give you the rest, so I’m including it in the envelope. There was more, but my Flaaffy found some and ate them. Or it might have been my Camerupt, but the last time she tried eating something off the porch, she got her head stuck between the slats and there was such a fuss, you wouldn’t believe it. It was almost like the time Sweetiepie got stuck under the porch….or my Sunkern, Dinky, she gets stuck in door hinges quite often. Hmm…maybe there’s something wrong with my house. I mean, my animals are perfectly normal, so it must be my house….oh well! I think I should take these things as they come, right?

Okay, it was nice talking to you! Well, writing to you, but I’m sure you know what I mean!

     From your good friend,

                           Strawberry Jam

PS: One of the Ducklett papers might have a bite taken out of it. Sorry!
